To view much of the content on the Positive Gun Dog Association website, you must become a member. Our membership levels are divided into five categories. Please click the name of the membership level that most accurately describes you.
Registration for all membership levels is FREE.
- Enthusiasts — For sporting/gun dog enthusiasts and owners who would like to see dog-friendly, positive reinforcement training techniques used in the gun dog training industry.
- Hunters — For those who use sporting/gun dogs in the pursuit of feathers and fur and would like to see dog-friendly, positive reinforcement training techniques used in the gun dog training industry.
- Positive Trainers — For positive reinforcement dog trainers — regardless of your specialty — who would like to see dog-friendly, positive reinforcement training techniques used in the gun dog training industry. This membership level requires verification by PGDA administrators.
- Gun Dog Breeders — For sporting/gun dog breeders who would like to see positive reinforcement training techniques used in the gun dog training industry. This membership level requires verification by PGDA administrators.
- Positive Gun Dog Trainers — For those who currently train gun dogs using positive reinforcement techniques. To attain this membership level, please register as a Positive Trainer and then email members@positivegundogassociation.com with a request to be updated to the Positive Gun Dog Trainer membership level. This membership level requires verification by PGDA administrators.
